When Sotheby’s International Realty launched its Sydney office, the challenge was to bring a fresh perspective to a legacy brand in one of the world’s most competitive property markets. We refined the brand’s visual identity—introducing a herringbone pattern and contemporary photography style, alongside a refreshed suite of marketing collateral to elevate the customer experience.

To reinforce its ‘local knowledge’ positioning, we developed the ‘Hello Neighbour’ campaign, drawing parallels between Sotheby’s expertise and the craftsmanship of Sydney’s artisans—bridging the brand’s prestige with the city’s rich cultural fabric.
